Held at Thompsons office Blenheim. Report by Mooney Campbell that as soon as land dries up. We will get to work, we can get Muck from Butrans at $ 1. 00 per load plus drawing and have ordered 4,300 mixed trees from Department of Lands and Forest at a cost of $14.00 per thousand. Will need a "good" bridge to draw heavy loads over creek. Water well was completed at a depth of 141 feet in gravel on top of shale. Cost of well will be $1003.36. Then moved that the house on the property be rented and the stable and barn yard fence and corn crib be removed at best offer. House was rented at $35.00 per month to Dick Nauta on a 30 day notice either way. Carried
