This meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the Harwich Township hall Blenheim. At this meeting it was moved by Lloyd Murdock and seconded by Gord Laurie "that Chairman Bob Nichol pick a committee to draft By laws and that these be approved by "B" shareholders.

First Board of Directors were nominated and consisted of 11 members:

Mooney Campbell, Tom Gawley, Dexter Goodison, Clarence Nichols, Harold Huffman, Jim McCurdy, Bob Nichol, Monty Rigby, Wesley Thompson, Neil Wood and Doug Hope.

At this same meeting it was moved by the Board of Directors that Harold Huffman be elected as Charter President of the Blenheim Community Golf Club.
