Inaugural meeting - committees were established and named by chairman Bob Nichol. They consisted of sites, building, finance, membership and house. An announcement was made that a written option was made on the 100 acre Nauta farm south of Blenheim for $40,000 including all buildings. Gord Laurie was secretary.
